FIGHTING PARKINSON’S Step by Step... Today THE PARKINSON’S ASSSOCIATION OF SAN DIEGO held it’s annual event at Liberty Station to raise money mainly to support medical research. I liked everything about the day... the people, the place, the weather.  The weather was perfect; the obvious courage of scores of people whose personal battle with Parkinson’s didn’t keep them from walking, a few even running, helped wash away some of the sadness of Boston and West, Texas; and Liberty Station stretched out in all directions around a flag pole set in the middle of a rose garden. The glorious American flag flying at half-mast danced gracefully and gently in a light breeze all through the morning. All of us who participated were uplifted... restored.

I got more than 900 pictures.  When I’ve edited the whole bunch, perhaps tomorrow, I’ll post more of them on the BLOG.  For now... THE FLAG!
