A couple of kinds of flowers I find irresistible... the jimson weed blossom and this outrageous wild flower that is blooming all along the river bottom. It is crimped into a tight bud until it blooms, then it unfolds petals that never lose their wrinkles. I've had this flower already this year for the picture-for-the-day, but I couldn't resist this one when I was out on my bicycle.
