Walking through Grossmont Center in La Mesa this afternoon, I came face to face with the large red iconic target on the wall of the Target department store and immediately saw more than was there. My camera captured it, and I took it home to my computer where the fun began. Jasper Johns, Kenneth Noland, or Josef Albers couldn't have been more excited than I was to see shapes and colors gather themselves into abstract expressions.
