WE'VE HAD SOME INTERESTING OCTOBER WEATHER IN SAN DIEGO THIS WEEK. The newspaper reported that San Diego has already had double the rainfall it usually gets for the whole month of October. It's been exciting... but only to San Diegans. The total rainfall for the month is normally under half an inch, and this week we amost reached the one-inch mark on the rain gage. Wow!

I took today's picture of El Cid in the middle of the bright, sunny afternoon after the clouds cleared. I got the evening shots a couple of nights ago.
