What?

The renowned economist speaking to television cameras

said about improvement in production of manufactured goods

that “Such blips are often, in part, statistical illusions...,”

going on to say that he is “neither pessimistic nor optimistic”

about the future of the American economy, and I wondered

at the time, if the word economy, the way he said it,

is capitalized, no pun intended.
