ON THIS DAY, the twenty-first day of January, 2013, Barack H. Obama was inaugurated for a second term as President of the United States of America.   After he took the oath of office his inaugural address was his clear commitment to all the people of the country and his challenge to all citizens to work together with him to strengthen and preserve our nation.
