MY NEIGHBORHOOD has demons... not at all harmful to anybody, and children probably don't see them anyway; so they don't really frighten anyone... not even me. They are easier to see in that time of year when the eucalyptus trees shed their bark, but palm tree trunks also harbor them. The one above lives in a palm tree down by our community pool. I think it may be laughing at that oddly made fellow who comes to the pool in a much too small speedo.The best way to handle these ghosts and goblins is to do what I do... Walk right up to them boldly with a camera.
