Twa Corbies... How about a couple of hundred crows. When we lived north of Friar's Road in San Diego, Every evening just as the region was getting dark, we learned to expect a flight of crows from north of us to someplace to the south of us. Well, now we know that the crows were heading for National City and Chula Vista and other places in our neighborhood. This afternoon we had a bit of rain, and the crows were clearly happy with the change in weather. The new park at Paradise Village is a new home for crows. They make a mess, but they are intelligent birds, so we can't push them away as if they were dumb animals. Every day they descend on our area by the hundreds. I actually like them, even with their mess. They are obviously having a good time. We can learn from them.
