And then my attention turned back again to the horrifying news out of Pakistan...

Most people in the world have recoiled in shock today after hearing that Taliban barbarians have killed 141 people, nine adults and 132 students, at a school in Pakistan. The word “taliban” comes from the Arabic word talib, which means “student.”  One Website indicates taliban may be a Pashtu word meaning “seeker.”  Though they are distinct groups, ISIS or ISIL, operating mainly in Iraq and Syria, and the Taliban in Afghanistan and Pakistan, both claim their mission is to form the whole world into an Islamic state under strict Sharia Law.  When we ever learn?  When will we ever learn?
