Oh, oh...Wait... Maybe... Yes...
The first one I got at Ocean Beach does in a way remind me of Congress...

After listening to the evening news yesterday, I began planning in the back of my mind a rant to address the failure of Congress to actually work, to do the job for which the representatives and senators are elected… to do the job responsibly in plenty of time for the good system to work the way it was designed to work in service of the American people… without waiting until the very last minute to send to the President a bill to fund the government for the next fiscal year; but again they are sending a bill which he should not in good conscience sign because the Republicans have deliberately loaded it with cuts in funding of programs that care for the poorest Americans and with guarantees that we American people will once again have to bail out banks and financial institutions if they act irresponsibly as they did when they triggered the recession from which we are only just now recovering.

Now I should explain that a single sentence, even the Faulknerian one that makes up the entire paragraph above doesn’t count as rant.  I end with a reminder that the Greek prefix “dys”  means “bad, abnormal, difficult, or impaired.”  Congress is dysfunctional. Please don’t use the incorrect alternative spelling of the word to describe our Congress because the Latin “dis” has none of the meaning of the Greek “dys”.
