Across the street from the pier in Imperial Beach someone had made a mural.  Murals are important because they say something about a place.  I'm still trying to figure out what this one is trying to say about Imperial Beach, a place I like. The parking garage is on the ground floor of the building where I live.  I don't have a reason for taking the picture or for including in this BLOG post.
