WHAT IS TO BE GAINED?

What is to be gained
by blind jealousy...
unbridled
unreasonable
as love itself
and impossible to explain
and why, I guess, flowers
are mostly fragile
surviving only long enough
to endear themselves
to honey bees and butterflies?
Einstein should have spent some time
exploring relativity and degrees of emotions
instead of fooling around with physics,
but even a genius has difficulty
understanding some things.
