I went to the National City Library this afternoon... and this huge wall with an appropriate sign stands near the entrance:  "I always imagined that Paradise will be a kind of Library"... and in many languages. I am not surprised that the saying is attributed to Jorge Luis Borges.  The building in the photograph is not the library.
