Margaret and I went to a memorial event at Phyllis Friedrick's home this afternoon... One of the most meaningful such events I can remember..   Phyllis is the person on the left in the bottom right photograph.  She is also the young women, in the picture below.  Phyllis' daughter Karen hosted her mother's friends at the event this afternoon.  Phyllis was one hundred one years old... young...
