Sublime to Ridiculous

El Cajon, at Dusk.  The sunset in the western sky paints the East County clouds pink.


There is no bad time of day to look at a eucalyptus tree...


In Mission Trails Park not far from here it is possible to find fossils of this snail's ancestors 
embedded in rocks along the river and up on the canyon walls.  This is a very old land.


This lizard wasn't in the right place to be fossilized.  A car did it in on Hacienda Way.
