What a great New Year's Day! Nancy has been here this week from Rockville (Washington, D.C.) and Susanne and the girls have been here from Amstelveen (Holland)... and we have almost everybody here in San Diego. I have a new cap that says, "LIFE IS GOOD," and I believe it is true.PERFECT AUNTS, Nancy and Elaine, in the kitchen getting the black-eyed peas and ham ready...
PATRICK, THE PERFECT UNCLE, started the new year off right with a romp in the pool with Brynn and Lee.
THE NEW YEAR wasn't the only excitement in our family. Susanne got another tattoo (her second, after a previous small left ankle medallion), and Michael got his first (and he insist, his last tattoo. He gives a good reason for getting it, which I respect. I won't explain. It's private and only he should tell... The flowers are Susanne's and the dragon is Michael's.
