THE POINT LOMA LIGHTHOUSE HAS NEVER LOOKED MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN IT DID THIS MORNING AS THE FOG ALTERNATELY OBSCURED IT AND REVEALED IT.

If you don't mind me asking what kind of camera do you use for these pictures? I have got to get a digital camera I just don't know what to get. I'm using a 35mm, EOS Canon Rebel X. From what everyone keeps telling me I need to go digital.

I don't mind your asking. I'm not a professional photographer, but I love to use good cameras. I have two Nikons: D100 and D2X. The lighthouse photos were taken with the D2X. The photo of Paityn's eyes was taken with a little point-and-shoot Olympus. You can get really good photos with simple cameras. I also use an Olympus E-10, a fixed mount SLR. I encourage you to start taking pictures with a digital camera. It doesn't have to be expensive. If you have other questions, my e-mail address:
